PureSpark Cleaning Solutions β€” Terms of Service

By booking a service with PureSpark Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Service Requests: Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your selected date and time. We will confirm availability via email or phone.

  • Deposits:

    • Standard Cleaning: Requires a $70 non-refundable deposit, applied to the total cost.

    • Deep Cleaning / Move-Out Services: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Payment Authorization: For credit card payments, a hold will be placed 24 hours before the scheduled service, with charges processed post-service.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Fees:

    • Late Cancellations: The deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

    • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 4 times with proper notice; exceeding this limit results in deposit forfeiture.

3. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Service Inclusions: Our services include residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

    • The environment is unsafe (e.g., presence of weapons, hazardous conditions).

    • The premises are excessively cluttered or unsanitary.

    • Utilities are disconnected.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Preparation: Clients should tidy up personal items and ensure clear access to areas requiring cleaning.

  • Pets: Must be secured during the cleaning service.

  • Parking: Clients must provide accessible parking. Any parking fees incurred will be added to the service charge.

5. Payments

  • Due Date: Payment is due on the day of service.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers (e.g., PayPal, Zelle).

6. Refund Policy

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

7. Liability

  • Damages: PureSpark is not responsible for pre-existing damages or items not secured prior to cleaning.

  • Valuables: Clients should secure valuables; we are not liable for missing items unless negligence is proven.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
